Originally from Sonoma County, in Northern California, my father owned a construction company where I worked every summer until I left High School. I began my real estate career working with a national lender based in San Diego. I started as a loan officer and worked up into the lending side managing the company’s Business Operations and the Licensing and Compliance Division. From this diverse experience I became well versed about the ins and out of real estate lending and now I am able to offer this experience to my clients to help them understand and get the best financing to meet their unique needs.

I then transitioned to my true passion of helping people achieve the American dream of homeownership and wealth development. I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2007 and currently have facilitated over $125MM in total sales volume nearing 170+ transactions. I have been able to help my buyer clients secure the right home at great discounts, identified and secured highly performing investment properties for my investor clients, as well as helped my seller clients secure buyers in less than a week and close escrow exceeding price expectations. Lastly I had the opportunity to help many homeowners avoid foreclosure by facilitating and negotiating short sale transactions during the down years.

In 2013, I joined one of the San Diego’s, and the worlds most innovative and aspiring real estate companies where I can offer even more cutting edge technologies and tools to help my clients archive their real estate goals into the future.

Greg Bacon

Real Estate has always played a very big role in the lives of my family and I. I grew up in the rapidly developing area between San Francisco and Sacramento California. Since a very young age, I was involved in real estate improvement and the buying and selling process. My family had a particular talent for looking at a property that may not have been desirable to most, realize its potential, and make improvements to create some truly amazing homes. I became particularly fascinated with the pride and prosperity associated with real estate after we sold our horse ranch for a profit, following a few years of hard work.

I first moved to San Diego when I was stationed at Camp Pendleton while serving as an active duty United States Marine. I learned early on in my military career about the VA Loan, which provides a unique opportunity for service members and their families to get a head start on their lives, by purchasing a home with no money down and provides added protection to the borrower. I realized this program has the potential to be the greatest benefit earned through military service, though unfortunately, it remains largely underutilized. After transitioning from active duty service to the reserves I obtained my real estate license and set out on a mission to educate my military brothers and sisters on the benefits of purchasing a home and the ease at which they can do so.

Over the years I have had the opportunity to meet and work with clients with a wide range of careers, interests and real estate needs. Danielle Ferris

Danielle has resided in Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe for over 25 years where she worked in the high-end fashion sales world and construction management & design before obtaining her Real Estate License in 2013. Danielle has joined the Sotheby’s Team of Massa & Associates, combining her sales management skills with her knowledge of the housing market to begin her career in real estate sales for Sotheby’s. Danielle’s customer service skills and attention to detail has helped her launch her career in an industry that demands both. Lindsey Fech
Operations Manager

Having grown up in the world of real estate, it seemed only natural for Lindsey to pursue a career in that same field. With her Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from San Diego State University, along with her communication skills and industry experience, Lindsey has all the tools necessary for meeting each client’s needs. As the Operations Manager for Massa & Associates, Lindsey plays a crucial, “behind the scenes” role in ensuring every transaction runs as smoothly as possible by coordinating with vendors and service providers, making sure strict deadlines are met, making sure paperwork is in-line, keeping open lines of communication at all times and answering any question that may arise. Buying and/or selling a home is huge step in every person’s life, so Lindsey wants to make sure it’s an enjoyable one.

Lindsey is a Southern California native – growing up in Riverside, Orange County, and for the last 10 years: San Diego. Valerie Murphy

Valerie comes to us with over seven years of real estate and property management experience. After obtaining her master’s degree in Psychology, emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, at Pepperdine University and completing MFT licensure, Valerie decided to parlay her knowledge and experience with her love for the San Diego area, into advising and creating an extraordinary escrow experience for her clients.
