The full circle sale of this home is one of my favorite stories.  Back in 2012 I was referred by another real estate agent this great young couple from Indiana who was just starting their lives together and moving out to California on a Job transfer.  We had one weekend to look and find the right home, and we came across this bank owned property that already had multiple offers and tough competition.  I was able to figure out the right price and terms to offer and we fought hard for the property.  The next day, I found out we got the property, and he had proposed on the beach the night before and she said yes.  This couple got married and had their first child and decided it was time to move home to Indiana closer to family.  We implemented the Massa & Associates marketing plan and within 1 week developed multiple offers and ultimately closed $21,000 over the top end of our list price at $790K, which at the time was the highest sale since the peek in 2006 and was $225K over their purchase price just 3 years prior.  Listed at $719K – $769K in 2/2015 and closed 3/2015 for $790K
