October 2016, the buyer of Carlsbad Blvd #205 was referred to me be a past client, and had specific dream of owning a vacation home right in the middle of Carlsbad Village, within blocks to the beach, restaurants and more specifically Pizza Port, because she loved their beer. As an avid runner she needed to be able to step out the front door and be able to run the coastline in either direction without having to cross major roads and come home to a spa to recuperate. After months of watching the market and identifying the right communities of where to find the perfect home, we identified 3 for our first day to look at properties in mid November, found Carlsbad Blvd to be perfect. After negotiations we secured the home $18,000 under list price and closed escrow only a few short weeks later, allowing the buyer to spend the holidays in her new beach home.
