This is a great example of how great marketing, and knowing the neighborhood can benefit everyone.  I had met this homeowner while marketing the neighboring home on Caudor.  I learned their story, whey they needed to sell and what they would need for the home to make it happen.  After securing 10 offers, and signing contracts with two of them for first and back up buyers, I was able to bring 4 qualified buyers over to this off market home, develop offers from each of them and negotiate to a sales price that not only worked but was above what we really anticipated in the first place.  The home ultimately sold for $1.625MM in 5/2015
